She will lead the practices of intellectual property and antimonopoly\/competition law.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ms. Sventozelska has been certified as a Patent Attorney of Ukraine since 2012 and has in her career portfolio more than 1,500 registered intellectual property in Ukraine and around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Tatiana advises on registration, protection of intellectual property rights and commercialization of intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n<p>EUCON is thus expanding its intellectual property services to prepare and submit trademark registration documents, industrial designs, inventions, utility models, copyright, trademark applications under the Madrid system, extension of validity of registrations), applications under the PCT procedure and agreements on transfer of rights and license agreements.<\/p>\n<p>In our Warsaw office there has also taken place some changes: <strong>Artur Shevchyk<\/strong> has been promoted to the status of a partner, he will head the practice of accounting, tax accounting and tax consulting.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Shevchyk has been working in the Polish office of EUCON since 2015 as a tax advisor, advising companies and individual foreign investors on accounting, tax, management accounting and tax planning.<\/p>\n<p>Artur Shevchyk also provides assistance, in particular, in the analysis of financial and economic activities of enterprises, in the preparation of internal European declarations and reports, advises on tax planning and personnel issues related to labour and migration issues.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In September 2021, Tetyana Sventozelska, a patent attorney and lawyer, joined the team of the Kyiv office of the EUCON Legal Group as a Partner.
