I aroslav Me n dus \u2019 wh o has exclusive property rights to the film \u201c Orange Sky \u201d , a pply to the court to protect his rights due to the fact that the Ukrainian Cinema Foundation representing Ukraine included this film to the program of film festival \u201c Days of Ukrainian Cinema in Poland \u201d which held during the period from 17 to 25 November 2009 and presented for public screening. This action was illegal and without his permission.<\/p>\n
T he plaintiff estimates the harm which caused by violations of intellectual property rights in the amount of $ 37.2 million and requests to charge it from the defendant.
