In the result of the proceedings in the Supreme Ecomomic Court from 29\/03\/2010 the legal resolution of the Kyiv Economic Court of Appeal from 28\/10\/2009 and the legal decision of Kyiv Economic Court from 21\/09\/2009 were upheld.
