<\/p>\nOn July 29, 2014 the Meeting of Founders of Public Organization \u00abTax Advisers Association\u00bb took place at the Hotel \u00abIBIS\u00bb. The purpose of this Association is to bring together the knowledge of professionals (lawyers, auditors, tax advisers, accountants, scientists) in tax matters and create a platform for the exchange of experience, scientific activities, formation of an appropriate level of tax culture in society to protect the rights and interests of parties envolved in tax relations.<\/p>\n
There were 63 participants a t the Meeting.<\/p>\n
Statutory documents and Regulation that regulate internal activities of Association were approved in the Meeting of Founders .<\/p>\n
The Managing Board of Association was elected on the agenda and composed of :<\/p>\n
1. Yaroslav Romanchuk \u2013 managing partner of ILC \u00ab EUCON \u00bb;<\/p>\n
2. Pavlo Khodakovsky \u2013 partner of Arzinger ;<\/p>\n
3. Danylo Getmantsev \u2013 honorary president of Jurimex Law Firm ;<\/p>\n
4. \u0410 nton Polyanychko – Deputy Head of the Work Support Department for fourth chamber of the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine;<\/p>\n
5. Natalia Blazhivska \u2013 judge of Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine;<\/p>\n
6. Vladyslav Sokolovskyi \u2013 managing partner of Sokolovskyi and Partners Law Firm ;<\/p>\n
7. Ihor Melnyk \u2013 partner of IMGPartners ;<\/p>\n
8. Andriy Stelmaschuk \u2013 partner of law firm \u00ab Vasyl Kisil & Partners \u00bb;<\/p>\n
9. Vitaliy Serdyuk \u2013 partner of law firm \u00abAVER LEX\u00bb;<\/p>\n
10. Oleksandr Sklyarenko \u2013 managing partner of \u00ab Sklyarenko and Partners \u00bb;<\/p>\n
11. Oleh Rachuk \u2013 managing partner of law firm \u00ab Natsyna Rachuk \u00bb .<\/p>\n
Yaroslav Romanchuk , managing partner of ILC \u00abEUCON\u00bb was elected as a President of Association , Pavlo Khodakovsky , partner of law firm Arzinger as a Vice-President .<\/p>\n

Scientific Council, an Advisory Body on issues concerning scientific research and organizational activities was formed by Organizing Committee of Tax Advisers Association and headed by Dr . Danylo Getmantsev , professor at the Chair of financial law , Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv , honorary president of Jurimex Law Firm. It composes of the following members:<\/p>\n
1. Olena Gedziuk \u2013 PhD , Assistant professor at the Chair of financial law, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv ;<\/p>\n
2. Dr . Igor Samsin \u2013 honored lawyer of Ukraine , judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine ;<\/p>\n
3. Dr . \u041e lena Orlyuk \u2013 professor , corresponding member of the National Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine , Director of the Scientific Research Institute of intellectual property , head of the Chair of intellectual property at the law faculty, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv .<\/p>\n
4. Dmytro Serebrianskiy \u2013 PhD in Economics , associate professor , senior researcher , Director of the Scientific Research Institute of financial law.<\/p>\n
5. \u041e leksandra Smirnova – PhD in Economics , associate professor , Head of Department of International Relations and European Integration Studies at the Scientific Research Institute of financial law ;<\/p>\n
6. \u0410 nton Polyanychko \u2013 Deputy Head of the Work Support Department for fourth chamber of the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
List of committees was formed based on the activities of the Association. Valentyna Pronina, a well-known expert in the field of tax law was approved as an Executive Director of the Association at the Meeting of Founders.<\/p>\n

Yaroslav Romanchuk said at the Meeting of Founders, that the Association should be the cooperation of professionals bringing together specialists in tax law, related branches of law and fiscal authorities. Members of the Association used their best efforts to make Association leverage over the authorities in the adoption and implementation of the renewed tax law.<\/p>\n
Members of Association also intend to promote the adaptation of tax legislation of Ukraine to EU standards.<\/p>\n
