A claim was filed by the PJSC “LINYK” to the Kyiv regional customs office of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine (SFSU) concerning abolishment of tax notice-decisions determining the amount of monetary liabilities on VAT and excise tax in the total amount of more than UAH 133 mln.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine dismissed the cassation appeal of Kyiv regional customs office of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine and upheld the decision of the County administrative court of Kyiv.<\/p>\n

Attorneys, lawyers of the ILC \u00abEUCON\u00bb Volodymyr Bevza and Vitaliy Tymchuk led by managing partner, attorney Yaroslav Romanchuk supported a case before the court.<\/p>\n
