For the first time in Ukraine, a special handbook for investors<\/strong> willing to start their own business in Europe, particularly in Poland, and exporters who want to sell their products in the European markets was released in Ukrainian.<\/p>\n

“BUSINESS LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND for Ukrainian investors”<\/strong> is a publication, which will help to find the answers to questions about starting business and company registration, forms of economic activities, modes of activities in special economic zones. The book will give an opportunity to become familiar with the tax system, accounting, certification and standardization of products, the basics of corporate, investment, migration and labor law. The book provides information for those who are interested in obtaining a work permit, \u00a0a temporary residence permit or a permanent residence permit.<\/p>\n

The contents<\/strong> of the book can be viewed here<\/a><\/strong> (Ukrainian).<\/p>\n

The book was designed on the basis of the Polish legislation in force as of January 1, 2015, and released with the support of the International Legal Center EUCON.<\/p>\n

The author of the book is a lawyer, senior partner, head of the Warsaw (Poland)office of the International Legal Center EUCON Ihor Yatsenko<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
