International Legal Center EUCON is involved in the new project named “Business Survival School” presented by B<\/em>USINESS<\/em> newspaper and Ukrainian Business Association. The project was started within the idea of \u200b\u200bcreating the System of collective business security in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

At the invitation of the organizers, attorney, counsel of the International Legal Center EUCON Yev<\/strong>gen Petrenko<\/strong>, on November 11, 2015 took part in the first workshop of the School and made a presentation on what business security is and what kind of internal and external risks for business functioning there are. Yevgen also explained the algorithm of business security as it is.<\/p>\n

“Possible strategies of defence after inspections carried out by supervisory authorities can vary significantly. The tactics of further actions depend on a combination of factors such as completeness and argumentativeness of the offences detected, official position of supervisory authorities, procedural mistakes, judicial practice, etc. ” – said Yevgen Petrenko. He also talked about the duties of fast response team of the System of collective business security in Ukraine and its advantages over classic strategies offered on the legal market.<\/p>\n
