Managing partner of the International Legal Center EUCON <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/euconlaw.com\/en\/team\/partners\/yaroslav-romanchuk\/\">Yaroslav Romanchuk<\/a><\/strong> was invited by the organizers of the international exhibition and conference on foreign residential property for vendees from Ukraine <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/intax-group.com\/conferences\/apartments-and-houses-show\/schedule.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Apartments &amp; Houses Show<\/a>,<\/strong> held on February 11, 2016 in <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www3.hilton.com\/en\/hotels\/ukraine\/hilton-kyiv-KBPHIHI\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hilton Kyiv Hotel<\/a><\/strong>, to discuss these issues.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In his speech, Yaroslav Romanchuk focused not only on theoretical but also practical aspects of investment and real estate operations in Poland as a basis for obtaining a residence permit. He also mentioned advantages and disadvantages for each type of real estate rights (ownership, life interest and rent). It should be noted that the Polish legislation contains <strong>special <\/strong><strong>requirements <\/strong><strong>to foreigners willing to purchase real estate<\/strong> in Poland. In this sense, the <strong>status of &#8220;foreigner&#8221;<\/strong> includes not only individuals who do not have Polish citizenship and foreign companies, but also Polish companies controlled by foreigners.
