On October 26, 2016 <\/strong>the first meeting of the accounting club Easy Tax on transfer pricing was held in the format of a business breakfast and brought together transfer pricing experts, State Fiscal Service representatives, financial directors and chief accountants from the companies whose activities are subject to the Transfer Pricing law.<\/p>\n

Easy Tax<\/strong> is a new professional community<\/strong> formed by the Council of Independent Accountants and Auditors <\/strong>together with E-com to discuss topical issues of tax legislation and problematic situations arising from it, aimed at finding ways to solve them and improve tax legislation.<\/p>\n

The first club meeting was held with the support of the International Legal Center EUCON<\/strong>, whose experts were speakers at the event.<\/p>\n

Auditor, Partner, Head of the Transfer Pricing practice at International Legal Center EUCON Larysa Vrublevska<\/strong> analyzed the latest letters by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, focused on the latest legislative changes and the draft law by the Ministry of of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Attorney, managing partner of International Legal Center EUCON Yaroslav Romanchuk<\/strong> shared the latest information on existing tax disputes on transfer pricing at courts, analyzed the latest trends in this area. In particular, Yaroslav Romanchuk told about the specifics of recognition of transactions as controlled with counterparties in Switzerland and the claim on wrongful inclusion of Switzerland to the list of countries with low tax rates.<\/p>\n

Easy Tax<\/strong> is a new accounting club formed by the CIIA in October 2016. Club meetings are held in the form of business breakfasts, where the\u00a0 wide range of experts meet for a cup of morning coffee and a fragrant croissant to discuss the most urgent tax issues, latest changes to legislation, professional prospects and plans.<\/p>\n
