The case was accompanied in courts of administrative jurisdiction for more than 12 years, but, nevertheless, the decision of the court of the first instance, which canceled the tax notice-decisions by the State Fiscal Service authority, was left unchanged by the decision of the court of cassation. <strong>The total amount of accrued tax liabilities in the case amounted to UAH 2.5 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The lawyers of <a href=\"http:\/\/euconlaw.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ILC EUCON<\/a> managed to defend the legal position that not every business transaction of the taxpayer is profitable in view of risks and specifics of the company&#8217;s activities. The amount of unprofitable transactions, in the case of good faith of the taxpayer, may be included in the income tax expenses.<\/p>\n<p>Legal support of the case was provided by the attorney <strong>Volodymyr Bevz<\/strong>a, led by the managing partner, head of tax, attorney <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/euconlaw.com\/en\/team\/partners\/yaroslav-romanchuk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yaroslav Romanchuk<\/a><\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The lawyers of ILC EUCON upheld the legality of the position of the international oil company in the High Administrative Court of Ukraine.
