The practical seminar from the All-Ukrainian public organization \u201cAssociation of Taxpayers of Ukraine\u201d <\/strong>was held on July 15.<\/strong>Speakers of the Event were professional experts in the field of taxes and transfer pricing, namely, employees of the SFS of Ukraine, consulting companies, tax consultants, auditors, etc. Thus, Larysa Vrublevska,<\/em><\/strong>partner, leader of the transfer pricing practices of EUCON Legal Group, acted as an expert.<\/p>\n

The topic of the speaker’s report was \u201cPreparing for the 2018 reporting campaign. Practical Issues in the Report on Controlled Transactions and Transfer pricing documentation\u201d.<\/em>Particularly, Larysa Vrublevska<\/em><\/strong>told participants about reporting in \u200b\u200btransfer pricing, reminding about deadlines of submitting a report and documentation on transfer pricing, characterized peculiarities of calculating the cost criterion for the recognition of transactions controlled. The Speaker emphasized that when calculating the cost criterion it is necessary to pay attention to peculiarities of calculating the total volume of economic transactions in different periods.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of this topic, the expert also explained to the audience the procedure for the use of the Lists No. 1045 and No. 480 (2018), as well as interpreted information on dividends, assignment of the right to claim, free transfer of goods, irreversible financial assistance, contribution to the authorized capital, purchase of FA from a non-resident.<\/p>\n

One of the most important issues that was considered by Larysa Vrublevska was the issue of transfer pricing documentation – content, list, analysis, requirements, preparation, and the need for segmentation of financial reporting.
