{"id":41824,"date":"2023-03-15T22:49:04","date_gmt":"2023-03-15T20:49:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euconlaw.com\/?p=41824"},"modified":"2023-03-15T23:03:58","modified_gmt":"2023-03-15T21:03:58","slug":"yaroslav-romanchuk-spoke-during-a-webinar-for-the-medical-and-pharmaceutical-industry-from-paih","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euconlaw.com\/en\/yaroslav-romanchuk-spoke-during-a-webinar-for-the-medical-and-pharmaceutical-industry-from-paih\/","title":{"rendered":"Yaroslav Romanchuk spoke during a webinar for the medical and pharmaceutical industry from PAIH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>On March 15,<\/strong> a parallel online and <strong>offline webinar for the medical and pharmaceutical industry<\/strong> from the <strong>Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH)<\/strong> was held in <strong>Warsaw<\/strong>, during which attorney, EUCON managing partner <em><strong>Yaroslav Romanchuk<\/strong><\/em> became a speaker.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The event took place within the framework of a series of industry consultations from PAIH, which are organized in cooperation with Polish businesses in preparation for the resumption of exports and the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the topic <em>&#8220;Legal aspects of entrepreneurial activity in the market of medical services of Ukraine&#8221;<\/em>, <em><strong>Yaroslav Romanchuk<\/strong> <\/em>focused on the aspects of the list and features of submitting the necessary documentation for obtaining a medical license and for obtaining a pharmacy license, analyzing the possible nuances and difficulties that can complicate the preparation process.<\/p>\n<p>Separately, the expert analyzed in detail the main taxes in Ukraine and their rates, namely: corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), basic rate, preferential rate (in particular, delivery and import of medicines and medical devices), income tax individuals, single social contribution and military tax.
