International Legal Center «EUCON» was a partner of the II Annual Forum of Legal Advisers, which took place on October 23 , 2014 in t he Premier Palace H otel and was organized by the P ublishing H ouse “Legal Practice”.
The section of the second session which was among other parallel sections of the Forum was devoted to aspects of taxation . T he moderator of th e section was managing partner of the International L egal Center «EUCON» Yaroslav Romanchuk. He mention ed that the tax issues are issues for e very tax payer, and hereafter these issues will require deeper analysis .
The main purpose of the event is to provide the comprehensive information about the activities of legal departments in leading companies of Ukraine.
The forum addressed issues with management practices in legal departments, judicial practice, taxation (consulting and tax disputes), intellectual property, bankruptcy, international trade, legal aspects of doing business in the Crimea and the Donbas, business protection.
