Cassation appeal of Energy group was granted by the decision of the High Administrative Court of Ukraine. The decision of the Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court was revoked and the decision of the first instance court which satisfied a claim to the State Tax Inspection in Kyiv Svyatoshyn district of the State Fiscal Service in Kyiv was upheld.
This dispute was about to appeal the tax notice-decision which reduced the VAT refund from the budget in the total amount of UAH 7 mln.
Volodymyr Bevza, deputy head of litigation department, attorney of the ILC «EUCON», led by managing partner, attorney Yaroslav Romanchuk supported a case before the court.
