Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court dismissed the appeal of representatives of the Central Office for servicing large taxpayers and upheld the Decision of the Kyiv District Administrative Court.

Attorney, senior associate Volodymyr Bevza with the lead of the attorney and Managing Partner of ILC EUCON Yaroslav Romanchuk represented the interests of TNK-BP Commerce in court.
