The claim on the cancellation of tax notice-decisions was filed by shipping company Ukrrichflot JSC to the State Tax Inspectorate in Podil district of Kyiv. The subject of these decisions was liabilities on CPT and VAT in the total amount of 2 567 622,00 UAH.
In this case, the court denied the findings of the Tax Inspectorate concerning violation of the norms and methods specified in Art. 39 of the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the unlawful pricing in business operations of the Company.
