Lawyers of the International L egal Center EUCON defended the interests of the Mikogen-Ukraine , group of companies Mycena , before Lviv Administrative Court of Appeal .
A claim was filed b y Mikogen-Ukraine to the Kremenets Joint S tate T ax I nspect orate of the General Division of the Ministry of Revenues and Duties Ministry in Ternopil region concerning the abolition of tax notice – decisions . The total amount of additional tax liabilities on VAT was around UAH 17 mln.
Lviv Administrative Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal of tax authorities , and upheld the decision of the court of first instance.
Attorney, deputy head of litigation department of the ILC «EUCON» Volodymyr Bevza led by managing partner, attorney Yaroslav Romanchuk supported a case before the court.
