“Accession to the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement has opened up global opportunities for Ukrainian business. Unfortunately, not all companies know and realize that this prospect can be successfully implemented in practice. For a long time our team has been providing support to the Ukrainian companies willing to enter the EU market through Poland, so we will be glad to contribute to the further development of Ukrainian-Polish trade relations by supporting on a pro bono basis the company that is willing to take part in public procurement in Poland”- comments managing partner of the International legal center EUCON Yaroslav Romanchuk.
Given the dynamics of the Polish-Ukrainian relations, it is to say that cooperation in the field of public procurement is strategically advantageous for both Ukrainian exporters and Polish purchasers.
So if you would like to try yourself as a member of the public procurement in Poland, experts of GPAinUA and specialists from International Legal Center EUCON are at your service.
