Yaroslav Romanchuk and Yevgen Petrenko, attorneys-at-law, partners of Legal Group EUCON, held a workshop for clients in Lutsk on February 21.
EUCON experts discussed during the workshop certain aspects of laws in the sphere of conducting business, recent changes in tax rules and changes in criminal procedural law.
Experts also examined from a practical standpoint the issue of responsibility of the manager, the accountant and other employees, reasons for bringing them to responsibility, types of requests of the controlling and law enforcement agencies and how to respond to them properly. Speakers analyzed the laws and provided legal professional advice on the algorithm for employee actions during tax audits.
Speakers also shared with the audience information about the grounds for criminal proceedings and the rights and duties of the supervisory authorities, preparation for the arrival of the supervisory authorities, searches and examinations.
