In order to provide clients with more comprehensive services International Legal Center EUCON have broadened the range of provided services and introduced new practices, in particular in the field of compliance, electronic and mobile commerce, accounting and tax accounting, property appraisal.
Compliance services provided by our company include consulting and support of the following processes: implementation, monitoring of risk management and reviewing the company’s compliance with legal and corporate requirements, anti-corruption standards. The head of the practice is our partner – Svyatoslav Senyuta, highly experienced in the development and implementation of compliance programs in large commercial structures, investigation of compliance incidents, risk management, and legal support encompassing all of above mentioned services.
Electronic and Mobile Commerce practice covers not only legal support of enterprise’s economic activities involved in e-commerce, but also development of legal and tax models for new products and services in the field of mobile commerce, payments and the work of payment systems, telecommunications, analytics, delivery and settlement. Our partners Svyatoslav Senyuta and Larysa Vrublevska became Co-Heads of the Electronic and Mobile Commerce practice.
The practice of accounting and tax accounting under the leadership of adviser Victoria Kobernyk allows ILC EUCON to offer our clients further possibility, namely the accounting and tax outsourcing, development of accounting policy of the enterprise, preparing management accounting, tax audit support, etc.
Property appraisal practice is another new practice of the company, which launched earlier this year. Lyudmyla Shashkina, advisor and highly experienced appraiser leads a practice.
