Associate partner of the ILC EUCON Larysa Vrublevska took part in the VII Annual In-House Counsel Conference. She gave an overview to the participants of the event on the level of responsibility of lawyers and accountants in enforcement and application of transfer pricing rules.
The seventh annual conference of in-house c ounsel s was held on April 25 by Ukraine Bar Association (UBA) in «R a disson Blu Hotel » in K y iv which invit ed participants to discuss relevant topics, caused by specific nature of professional activit ies of counsels.
Auditor, a ssociate p artner and h ead of Transfer Pricing practice of ILC EUCON , Lar y sa Vrublevska participated in the event a long with business representatives . She made presentation on the second session of the Conference dedicated to taxes and their effective management. Lar y sa emphasized on the important role of counsels in the implementation of monitoring compliance with transfer pricing rules in the enterprise, and shared the experience of adjustment agreements taking into account that the price substantiation should be carried out.
