Organizers invited managing partner of International Legal Center EUCON Yaroslav Romanchuk, who is recognized as the Best tax lawyer of Ukraine in 2015 (according to Legal Awards 2015) to moderate the event.
The conference brought together more than 350 delegates, a quarter of which were delegates from 20 countries of the world, including experts from Cyprus, Switzerland, Malta, Luxembourg, Canada, the Czech Republic, the Baltic States.
Auditor, partner of the International Legal Center EUCON Larysa Vrublevska told participants of the forum about the peculiarities of Transfer Pricing according to the latest legislative changes in Ukraine. She also noted that upcoming changes to the OECD Guidelines on Transfer Pricing for Multinational Enterprises would implement the “substance over form” principle when determining the actual conditions of economic operation, which means it is required to take into account not only the legal form of transactions or other facts of economic activity, but their economic substance first of all. “The possibility of using the quoted prices for commodity transactions in the Guidelines and implementation of the “economic ownership” concept for intangible assets is also being discussed”, said Mrs. Vrublevska.
