Yaroslav Romanchuk became a speaker within the Networking meetings of Polish and Ukrainian business from (PAIH)

On December 14, a networking meeting of Polish and Ukrainian businesses organized by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) was held in Warsaw. Attorney, managing partner of EUCON, and chairman of the Board of the Association of Ukrainian Business in Poland Yaroslav Romanchuk became the speaker of the event. PAIH organized the event to improve communication between state structures, their representatives, and entrepreneurs, urs from Ukraine and Poland, and establish and strengthen business ties.

First of all, Yaroslav Romanchuk thanked Poland and its citizens for unprecedented help and support during the war in Ukraine, which is a true example of good neighborliness between countries.

The speaker drew the special attention of the participants to the fact that the biggest challenge for the state and business in the future will be the issue of human capital, namely:

  • how to motivate employees who were forced to leave abroad to return to Ukraine;
  • how to socialize those Ukrainians who are now, during the war, mobilized and who return/will return from the front.

It follows from this that military personnel needs qualified psychological help for rehabilitation and adaptation to civilian life in the future.

Mr. Yaroslav voiced an important thesis that Russia and its citizens should compensate for all the damages caused by paying reparations in full. The implementation of this process requires the active involvement of the international community, in particular the support of the USA, Poland, and international organizations such as the World Bank, etc.

Yaroslav Romanchuk emphasized the importance of the partnership between Ukraine and Poland both at the state and business levels, the strengthening of which will contribute to the economic development of the countries and the stabilization of the situation in Europe.

Speakers at the event included: Grzegorz Piechowiak – State Secretary of the Ministry of Development and Technologies of the Republic of Poland; Bartosz Cichocki – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Ukraine; Vasyl  Zvarych – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Poland; Piotr Dytko – a member of the board, acting President of PAIH S.A.; Zdzisłav Sokal – a member of the board of PAIH S.A.; Piotr Ciarkowski – Chairman of the Board of the International Association of Polish Entrepreneurs in Ukraine; Jacek Piechota – the chairman of the Board of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.
