Ukraine's great recovery after winning the war against the Russian occupiers: The 15th anniversary International Forum "Polish-Ukrainian Business Days" to be held in Warsaw on 28 April

The Ukrainian economy needs early recovery and international support to ensure the country’s viability in the difficult context of Russian military aggression. Domestic businesses and Polish investors in Ukraine are looking for alternative ways to restart operations.

Since the start of the war, Poland has become one of Ukraine’s most reliable allies, providing unprecedented support and demonstrating a model of good neighbourliness between the countries.

Over the 8 years of its existence, the International Forum “Polish-Ukrainian Business Days” has transformed into one of the largest and most important communication platforms bringing together representatives of the business community, employers, financial institutions, officials and representatives of state organisations of Ukraine and Poland, and has become synonymous with a constructive dialogue between the neighbouring countries. Therefore, even in such difficult times the Organizing Committee of the 15th Anniversary Forum decided to hold the event, which will become the epicenter of business environment consolidation in order to support the Ukrainian and Polish businesses in Ukraine in conditions of military aggression, improve trade and economic cooperation and establish business contacts in the format of Ukraine-Poland.

Participants of the XV International Forum “Polish-Ukrainian Business Days” will discuss:

trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and Poland: past successes and future prospects, support programmes for Ukrainian and Polish businesses in Ukraine under conditions of temporary relocation, formats for state support for business from Poland and EU countries;
The big recovery: prospects for recovery of the Ukrainian economy, particularly in construction, energy, transport and civil infrastructure, agribusiness and agriculture;
access to financial resources and instruments of Poland and EU countries for Ukrainian business in Poland and Polish investors in Ukraine;
mechanisms for resolving legal issues during international sanctions, trade barriers, as well as solving problems related to customs, tax, accounting and migration aspects of Ukrainian and Polish workers in Ukraine and Poland.

The event will be traditionally held under the patronage of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland and Ministry of Development and Technology of Poland.

Participants of the Forum among which there are Ukrainian and Polish entrepreneurs and investors, representatives of state and local authorities, diplomatic institutions will have a unique opportunity to receive up-to-date information about prospects of recovery of the Ukrainian economy, all aspects of temporary relocation and support of Ukrainian and Polish businesses in Poland during the constructive discussions with more than 40 speakers from Ukraine and Poland, to participate in B2B meetings and find like-minded people in business circles, discuss urgent challenges and solutions.
