On March 17, 2026, the Vector UP Conference took place in Warsaw — a Ukrainian-Polish economic conference focused on the labor market, business development, and the future of economic partnership between Ukraine and Poland.
The event brought together experts, business representatives, students, and international organizations to discuss key trends and challenges shaping bilateral cooperation.
At the conference, Andrii Romanchuk, Attorney at Law and Senior Partner at EUCONLAW Group, participated in the panel “The Digital Marshall Plan: Building a Technological Economic Corridor between Poland and Ukraine.”
During the discussion, participants addressed prospects for creating an economic corridor between Ukraine and Poland, infrastructure and customs barriers affecting cooperation, and the role of EU funds and private investments in restoring and modernizing economic links.
The Vector UP Conference served as a platform to discuss real processes defining the future of Ukraine-Poland cooperation through the lens of human capital, entrepreneurship, and strategic economic integration.
The program also covered:
• Opportunities and challenges for Ukrainian students and young professionals in the Polish labor market;
• Expansion of Ukrainian businesses into the Polish market and practical company case studies;
• Economic partnership between Ukraine and Poland within the framework of European integration.
The conference was organized jointly with students of the Warsaw School of Economics, in collaboration with the international charitable foundations UDoNation and EE Yes.
