Family Legal Festival – “Your Rights Are Your Superpower in Poland”

6 November 2026 | PGE Narodowy, Warsaw
Free admission with prior registration

We invite Ukrainians living in Poland to a festival for the whole family, where useful information meets a welcoming atmosphere: practical consultations, open dialogue, answers to important questions, entertainment for children, and a warm environment for the whole family.

The event will be held under the patronage of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland.

The festival is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of EUCONLAW Group.

Knowing your rights and knowing how to exercise them — that is your superpower.

Ukrainians in Poland have been living here for many years, staying under temporary protection, working, running businesses, studying, raising children, and confidently dealing with everyday challenges.

But the more opportunities there are, the more questions arise: from residence status, running your own business, taxes and finances to protecting your rights and understanding administrative and criminal liability. Knowing the answers means being able to act with confidence and make the most of the opportunities available to you.

The Family and Legal Festival brings together leading institutions and experts whom people usually approach separately on different matters. On this day, you will have the opportunity to speak with them and receive consultations in several areas — professionally, free of charge, and in a friendly atmosphere.

Who is this day for?

The event is for every Ukrainian currently living in Poland:

  • families with children of any age;
  • people under temporary protection;
  • entrepreneurs, investors, employees, and students;
  • anyone looking for support, answers, and a community.

Questions you will be able to get answers and consultations on:

  • Family law, children, and education
  • Migration matters
  • Employment and labour relations
  • Business taxation
  • Personal taxation
  • Accounting and tax reporting
  • Fines and administrative liability
  • Criminal liability
  • Rights of detainees and prisoners

Answers from representatives of relevant institutions and experts

We have made an effort to bring together in one place organizations and experts who are usually difficult to reach. Here, you can ask questions directly to those who make decisions and shape best practices:

  • Embassy and Consular Institutions of Ukraine — the Consulates General of Ukraine in Poland and the Consular Section of the Embassy;
  • Polish state authorities — Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości, Urząd do Spraw Cudzoziemców, Straż Graniczna, Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa, Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych, Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy, Prokuratura Krajowa, Policja, and Służba Więzienna;
  • Polish Ombudsmen and rights protection authorities (Rzecznicy) — the Commissioner for Human Rights, the Ombudsman for Children, the Patient Rights Ombudsman, the Financial Ombudsman, and the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, as well as the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection;
  • International organisations — OSCE / Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), International Organization for Migration (IOM), and United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF);
  • Experts from the co-organiser, EUCONLAW Group — attorneys, lawyers, tax advisers, and accounting professionals.

How will the festival work?

This is not just a conference with presentations, but an open space for communication, consultations, and practical answers. You choose whom to approach and which questions you want answered.

Each institution and organisation will have its own consultation desk, allowing you to speak face-to-face with the relevant representative and receive an answer to your question.

The event will be divided into four zones:

  • Consultation Zone — the heart of the event, featuring dedicated desks for consulates, state authorities, ombudsmen, international organisations, as well as attorneys, lawyers, tax advisers, and accounting professionals, where you can receive personal consultations.
  • Conference Zone — a stage with presentations and thematic panels, where speakers will address key topics and answer questions from the audience.
  • Children’s Zone — a dedicated programme for children delivered by teachers and education professionals while parents attend consultations.
  • Gastro Zone — food from Ukrainian restaurateurs and a space to relax and connect.

A space for the whole family

The Family and Legal Festival is not only about consultations, but also about creating a warm atmosphere for genuine networking. Here, useful information and enjoyable experiences come together — so come with your whole family.
