International Legal Center «EUCON» was as an Exclusive General Partner of the Tax Forum for three consecutive years which was held on September 26, 2014 in Kyiv and organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association.
The specialists of the International Legal Center EUCON took part in the Forum. Managing partner Yaroslav Romanchuk was as a head of organizing committee, gave opening remarks and acted as a moderator of the first session of the Forum – Tax Reforms: first results and perspectives where the key ideas and propositions concerning tax legislative updates were enlightened.
Associate partner of the International Legal Center EUCON Larysa Vrublevska presented a paper on the following topic: “Transfer Pricing: results of first year of legislation in action. Problems and solutions in the second session dedicated to the tendencies of the international taxation and national practice.
Third session of the Forum was dedicated to the application of criminal law in tax system
