International Legal Center EUCON defended interests of the Ukrrichflot, Shipping Company before administrative court of appeal.
The claim on the cancellation of tax notice-decisions was filed by “Ukrrichflot”, Shipping Company to the State Tax Inspectorate in the Podil district of the Main Department of State Fiscal Service in Kyiv. The subject of these decisions was liabilities on CPT, VAT, land fee in the total amount of UAH 2,672,339 36.
In this case, the court disproved the conclusion of the tax inspection concerning infringement of rules and methods set by Article 39 of the Tax Code of Ukraine on improper pricing in the commercial transactions of the company. Arguments of lawyers of ILC «EUCON» concerning observance of principles by the taxpayer that were fixed in the judicial and tax doctrine are also were taken into account by the court during proceedings.
