Interest in Poland as the way of entering the European market is growing

On February 26, 2015 took place the seminar A-Z Guideto Starting a Business in Poland. It was held in one of the hotels in Kyiv and was the first in a series of seminars dedicated to Ukrainian investors and entrepreneurs. The following questions were discussed: how to enter the EU market through Poland, what are the prospects and benefits and what do we need to know to start a business.

The seminar was organized by the International Legal Center EUCON and Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce with the support of Trade and Investment Promotion Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kyiv.

Bartosz Musialowicz, head of Economic Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland, and Bartosz Furman, an expert at the Trade and Investment Promotion Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland described the investment attractiveness of Poland and practical possibility to start a business in Poland.

In his speech Yaroslav Romanchuk, Vice President of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, managing partner of the International Legal Center EUCON informed on the practical possibility to enter the Polish market, and the use of additional start-up funding.

During the seminar all participants are made aware of the peculiarities of starting up and doing business in Poland, including how to register or purchase a company in Poland, what are the features of accounting and tax accounting, migration policy, real estate business. These issues were presented by lawyers of the ILC EUCON.
