On February 18, 2014 l awyers of the International Legal Center «EUCON» successfully defend ed the interests of the “Aluprof S ystem Ukraine” in Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal concerning recognition unlawful of the nine tax decision notices and its abolishment which determin ed the amount of monetary liabilit ies on VAT in the total amount of UAH 4 million.
Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Kyiv District Administrative Court, which abolished th ese tax decision notices.
Attorney, associate of the ILC «EUCON» Vitaliy Tymchuk, led by the managing partner, attorney Yaroslav Romanchuk supported a case before the court.
