Lawyers of the International Legal Center EUCON defended interests of PJSC ‘LINYK’ in Kharkiv Administrative Court of Appeal.
A claim was filed by the PJSC ‘LINYK’ to the Specialized Large Taxpayers’ State Tax Inspectorate in Lugansk city of Interregional customs office of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine concerning abolishment of tax notice-decisions determining the amount of monetary liabilities on CPT in the total amount of UAH 413 341 577,00.
Kharkiv Administrative Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal of Tax Inspectorate and upheld the decision of the court of first instance.
Attorney, deputy head of litigation department of ILC EUCON Volodymyr Bevza, led by Managing partner, attorney Yaroslav Romanchuk supported a case before the court.
