By decision of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, decisions of the courts of previous instances in the case regarding the claim by Standard PE to Brovary United State Tax Inspectorate in Kiev region were left unchanged.
The claim was filed concerning the cancellation of tax notice-decisions determining the amount of tax liabilities in the total amount of 6,712,037, 47 UAH.
Attorney, deputy head of litigation department of the ILC EUCON Volodymyr Bevza led by managing partner, attorney Yaroslav Romanchuk defended the interests of the taxpayer before the court.
