A claim was filed by the TEK OIL Trading House to the State Tax Inspection in the Golosiivskyi district of Kyiv city of Interregional Head Office of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine on recognition and cancellation of tax notice decisions , estimated the amount of income tax liabilities and reduced the amount of the negative value of income tax in the total amount of more than UAH 15 m ln .
A cassation appeal of the tax authority was rejected by the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine , thus decisions of the first and second court instances were dismissed.
