On 11 September, 2014 the decision of the court of first instance was upheld by the decision of the court of appeal which abolished tax notice-decisions of the State Tax Inspection in Kyiv Svyatoshyn district of the Main Department of the State Fiscal Service in Kyiv region. According to the decision of the fiscal authority the total amount of monetary liabilities on income tax and reduced negative value of income tax is UAH UAH 5,8 mln.
