Lawyers of the International Legal Center «EUCON» led by managing partner, attorney Yaroslav Romanchuk defended interests of “DPD Ukraine” (International network DPD) at the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine.
A claim was filed by the JSC “DPD Ukraine” to the State Tax Inspection in Kyiv Svyatoshyn district of the Main Department of the State Fiscal Service in Kyiv region concerning abolishment of tax notice-decisions determining the amount of monetary liabilities on VAT, penalties for violation of cash discipline and reduced the negative value of income tax in the total amount of UAH 700 000,00.
Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine dismissed the cassation appeal of the tax authorities and upheld the decision of the court of first instance and court of the appeal.
