A claim was filed by the PJSC “LINYK” to the Specialized State Tax Inspection for servicing large taxpayers in Luhansk Interregional Head Office of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine concerning invalidation of tax notice-decisions on reducing the budget refund of VAT in the total amount of UAH 9,6 mln.
A cassation appeal of the Department of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine was dismissed and the decision of the court of appeal was upheld by the Supreme Administrative Court.
