A claim was filed to Brovarsky Joint State Tax Inspection of the Main Department of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine in Kyiv region by Private enterprise “STANDARD” concerning invalidation and cancellation of tax decisions related to additional tax liabilities on corporate profit tax and value added tax .
Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal rejected the appeal of tax authority and upheld the decision of the Kyiv District Administrative Court.
