The c ourt of cassation has upheld t he decision, rendered by the court of appeal . The t ax notice – decision of the Boryspil United State Tax Inspectorate of the M ain Department of Min istry of Revenue and Charges in Kyiv region was cancelled by the court of cassation. According to the decision taken by the Min istry of Revenue and Charges the total amount of income tax liabilities is UAH 1558 849,00.
