Lawyers of the International Legal Center «EUCON» defended the interests of the Private Enterprise “STANDARD” at the Main Department of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties in the Kyiv region.
Private enterprise “STANDARD” filed an administrative complaint to the Main Department of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties in Kyiv region on tax notice-decisions of the Brovary Regional State Tax Inspection of the Main Department in the Kiev region, estimated the amount of penalties on VAT.
Main Department of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine in Kyiv region satisfied in full an administrative complaint of PP “STANDARD” and canceled previously made tax notice-decisions.
