Lawsuit was filed by the KERSHER to the State Tax Administration in Shevchenko district of STS in order to cancel tax decision notice establishing the amount of penalties for violation of discipline of cash management more than 400 thousand UAH.
Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine rejected cassation appeal of the State Tax Administration of Shevchenko district of Kyiv of STS and the decision of the Court of Appeal was upheld.
