On April 2015 lawyers of the International Legal Center EUCON led by managing partner, attorney Yaroslav Romanchuk defended interests of the Ukrrichflot, Shipping Company in Kyiv administrative court of appeal.
Shipping company Ukrrichflot filed a lawsuit to the STI in the Podolsk district of the Main Department of State Fiscal Service in Kyiv on recognition unlawful and cancellation of decisions and requirements to apply penalties for charging not duly accrued a social security tax for the total amount of more than UAH 2.3 million.
The appeal of State Tax Authority was dismissed and the decision of Kyiv County Administrative Court was affirmed by Kyiv administrative court of appeal.
