On 18.03.2014 t he Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine has upheld t he cassation appeal of PJSC “L y s y chanskn a ft o produkt”, court decisions of the previous instances were disaffirmed , the claim of Inland Revenue Local Compliance – Large and Complex Businesses in Lugansk of Interregional M ain Department of Min istry of Revenue and Charges was completely rejected .
In this litigation tax authorities filed a lawsuit concerning application of regular price s in accordance with Article 39 of the Tax Code of Ukraine as indicated in previously issu ed tax notice – decisions, and recover ing the VAT and income tax liabilities in the amount of $ 25 mln .
Attorney, deputy head of litigation department of the ILC «EUCON» Volodymyr Bevza led by managing partner, attorney Yaroslav Romanchuk supported a case before the court.
