On March 12, 2014, the International Legal Center «EUCON» with AVER LEX Attorneys at law held a press conference in the information agency Interfax of Ukraine on current issues concerning reorganization of Ministry of Revenue and Duties.
Specialized and legal oriented mass media representatives took part in this press conference.
An attorney and managing partner Yaroslav Romanchuk with an auditor and associated partner (ILC “EUCON”) Larysa Vrublevska, an attorney, managing partner Olga Prosyanyuk (AVER LEX) and an attorney, Partner Vitaliy Serdyuk (AVER LEX) have discussed issues concerning reformation of the controlling tax bodies through liquidation the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine, improvement of procedure of administrative appeal, enforcement of personal responsibility of the controlling tax bodies.
Speakers stressed on other important issues concerning implementation of transfer pricing rules and spoke on criminal prosecution for economic crimes and reorganization of the tax police.
