WELCOME ON BOARD: EUCON STRENGTHENS THE TEAM IN POLAND AND UKRAINE!

We are pleased to announce changes and additions to the EUCON team! Thus, Anton Polyanichko, PhD in Law, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, became an adviser to the company and strengthened the tax practice, becoming its co-head (Ukraine), and a senior lawyer of the Warsaw office, tax consultant Inha Livandovska was promoted to the status of adviser and became head of the tax law practice (Poland).

Anton Polyanichko has more than 20 years of experience in law, both in private practice and in government positions. In particular, Mr. Polyanichko was the head of private bar associations, served as advisor to the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, deputy head of the department for ensuring the work of the Fourth Judicial Chamber of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, and deputy head of the department for ensuring the work of the Chairman and Deputy Chairmen of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine. Anton Polyanichko is a recognized expert in tax law, PhD in law, attorney, author of numerous articles, speaker at international forums and is actively involved in public and scientific activities.

Inha Livandovska began her legal career as an assistant lawyer at EUCON, and for the past two years has been a senior lawyer in the Warsaw office. Inha has extensive experience in advising Ukrainian companies on their entry into the Polish market, advising on corporate structuring of companies in two jurisdictions, tax issues, labor law and migration. Inha Livandovska received a bachelor’s degree in law from the National University “Odessa Academy of Law” (specialization in civil and commercial judiciary) and a master’s degree in law from the University of Warsaw in financial law and treasury management. In 2022, the lawyer became one of the few who managed to pass the examination for tax advisor at the first attempt, which is accepted by the Commission established by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Poland.
